I’ve had three trips to Byron Bay since July for recording sessions with producer, Steve James and some wonderful musicians, including James Cruickshank (The Cruel Sea) and Warwick Scott (Skunkhour), engineered by Sam Hannan. Ancient Land features a brilliant rap by Aboriginal rapper, ‘Predator’ from Street Warriors. Love playing music in such a beautiful place… with the Cardamon Pod, the whales, and of course that twinkle in Steve’s eye!
Steve finished mixing at Rocking Horse and we’ve just got the songs back from being mastered by Leon Zervos at Sterling Sound, New York - I think Leon’s done a great job. I’m so excited to have the songs produced and recordings finished!

We’re now looking forward to getting the songs out there into the big wide world, and doing gigs again after a break from performing….dates coming soon and will be posted on myspace.
